• Greet customers politely and assist them in their choice of products

• Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to queries with a strong focus on customer care

• Maximise sales of NOKIA mobile phones, accessories and ASUS notebooks and netbooks

• Manage stock, provide sales and stock reports

• Responsible of the cash register

• General monitoring of the showroom

Experience & Must have:

• • At least 1 year of working experience in the same field
  • Higher School Certificate 
  
  CANDIDATES MUST ABSOLUTELY HAVE A VALID MORALITY CERTIFICATE.

Other Requisites:

• Candidate must be able to work on SHIFT SYSTEM and odd hours

• Fluent in French and English languages with a clear speech

• FAST LEARNER

• Neat and outgoing personality

• Customer service focused

• Interest in IT field, mobile technology

• Flexible and proactive
